Return Policy

Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Exceptions: Custom orders and clearance items are non-returnable.
Return Process

Initiate Return: Contact our customer service at service@seflame.com request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Package Items: Include the RA number and a copy of the original receipt with your return.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

For exchanges, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
